IMPORTANT: Beginning September 24, 2015, our portal hosting vendor will be discontinuing portal functionality on the Windows XP Operating System platform. This means that the portal will be unavailable for anyone who attempts to login to the portal using a computer or laptop that has Windows XP. The portal functionality will not be affected for anyone who uses Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 or any mobile device. Please contact our office with any questions.

If you are logging in to the portal for the first time, you must log in using a personal computer (PC) or laptop. You cannot log in to the portal for the first time using a mobile device such as a smart phone or tablet. You must successfully log in to the portal using a personal computer (PC) or a laptop, in order to activate your mobile access to the portal. After you successfully log in to the portal from a personal computer (PC) or laptop, you may then log in to the portal using a mobile device such as a smart phone or tablet. Note: Laptops using Microsoft Windows 7 or Microsoft Windows 8 that convert into a tablet, should be acceptable for logging in to the portal for the first time. If you are unable to log in to the portal, please make sure you are using the correct email address and password. If you do not know your password, please click the "Forgot your password?" link above. You may also contact our office to verify that the correct email address is registered with JWC.
