Established in 1974, the Jim Wright Company "JWC" has grown into the largest full service Rental and Property Management Company in the Fort Hood Area.  We serve the needs of over 2,000 tenants and property owners each year with the majority of our customers being military.  In addition, we provide Sales, and Leasing and Management on Commercial Properties in the Greater Fort Hood Area.

Meet Our Staff


Denise C.  -  Senior Leasing Coordinator/Realtor


Denise is an Army brat raised in Killeen. She understands the military life, relocation, and loves meeting new people. She has been working at JWC since 2011 and working in property management since 2005. She recently obtained her Real Estate License. She has two children that keep her very busy. She wears her second title, "soccer mom" proudly. She loves spending time with her fiance, fishing, shooting, cooking and having dinner parties with her friends and family.


Catherine D.  -  Leasing Coordinator


Catherine has been with JWC for a million years. She is an army wife and is very familiar with how chaotic relocation can be.  She will assist you in making sure your transition goes as smoothly as possible. She is working on obtaining her Real Estate License. If you are looking for a new home Catherine is ready to help, her big smile will greet you here at JWC.


Victoria A.  -  Leasing Coordinator


Victoria is a Leasing Coordinator here at JWC and is known for her customer service skills and great personality. She loves finding people not just a place to stay but a place to call home. She is a proud Marine Mom and loves spending quality time with her family. She also enjoys trying new wines with her closest friends.


Kisha D.  -  Leasing Coordinator Manager


Kisha has been with the company since 2009 and is a valuable asset to the team. She oversees the daily operations of the leasing coordinators to support our customer service, manage tenant lease agreements, and is a liaison between our tenants and owners.


Loa V.  -  Maintenance Manager


Loa came to JWC as a military retiree. He is an Iraq and Afganistan veteran. After 24 years in the military, he brought his leadership skills to the maintenance department here. He has since become the maintenance manager. He oversees all of the day to day operations of the maintenance department. Lanie H.  -  Maintenance Coordinator


Lanie was born and raised in Killeen TX. She has worked in different departments starting with inspecting and ending with maintenance. She started working for JWC in July of 2011 and has since proven to be a valuable asset to the company. Lanie has become a favorite with our vendors and has a great attitude that always inspires our staff . She knows many areas of the company and is ready to serve you for all of your rental, inspection and maintenance needs.


Michelle E.  -  Maintenance Coordinator


Michelle was an Army brat raised in Copperas Cove (Go Bulldawgs!). She has been with JWC since 2013 working in the maintenance department. She has become very familiar with the maintenance area of the company and is known in the office for her problem solving strategies. Michelle loves raising her 2 kids that keep her on her toes.


Scott T.  -  Maintenance Coordinator


Scott was born and raised in Belton and is an alumnus of Belton High School, Big Red 'Nuff Said.  He attended the University of Houston where he studied Sports Administration and health education.  He returned back to Belton in 2013 and decided on a career change into real estate and property management.  Having previous experience as a realtor assistant and property management coordinator he came to join the JWC family in October 2014 as a maintenance coordinator.  He is in the process of obtaining his Real Estate License.

Anne has been serving as a leasing coordinator with JWC since 2013. She was raised in Killeen and is a former military brat. She is a graduate of Killeen High School, GO ROOS! She is very familair with the Killeen area and is ready to help you find your home. Her customer service skills and her friendly personality are ready to serve you. Her goal is to make you walk away with a smile!


Bob A.  -  CPA/Accounting


Bob is a graduate of Temple University, a Vietnam Veteran and a CPA. He has over 42 years of accounting experience with 15 years as a CPA for JWC Property Management. He has the experience and knowledge to explain the details about monthly reports to property owners. He is responsible for the transfer of funds to owner's accounts and for the refund of deposits to tenants. He firmly believes in being fair and reliable to all parties. He is an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and a local hall of fame bowler.


Adam H.  -  Senior Accountant


Adam Hoffman aka "The Hoffernaut" attended college at The University of Mary Hardin Baylor where he received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. He played football for Dickinson High School and The University of Mary Hardin Baylor. In the 5 years he has been with the company he has shown to be extremely intelligent, loyal, outgoing, takes the initiative and just downright awesome. He enjoys working out and long walks on the beach. He is a diehard Texas Longhorn fan.


Maria G.  -  Senior Accountant


Maria is the lead accounting clerk in her department and maintains all accounting for several companies. She is a retiree from ARMY FINANCE CORPS with over 30 years experience in Finance and Customer Service.  She has been with JWC since 2001 and although she works in accounting she is familiar with all aspects of the company's operations. She is also an AIR FORCE mom and fluent in Portuguese.


Maggie M.  -  Senior Accountant


Maggie is a North Dakota Native. After serving 5 years in United States Army, she attended Texas A&M - Central Texas where she graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting in 2010 and a Master's Degree in Business Administration in 2011. She has been married to her loving husband for 8 years and they have 2 wonderful children that keep them busy. This past football season she had the honor of being "Team Mom" alongside her son and husband "Coach Myers" Copperas Cove Youth Football team , the "Longhorns".


Staci S.  -  Accounting


Staci was born and raised in Belton, Texas and graduated from Belton High School, Go Tigers!! She later received two associate degrees while at Temple College and was a member of Phi Theta Kappa. In 2008, she acquired her Bachelors of Business Administration, with a major in Accounting, from Tarleton University.  Staci began working for JWC in June of 2012 doing accounting within the property management business.  Accuracy, attention to detail, loyalty, and organization make her an asset to the company.


Tamara B.  -  Accounting


Tamara is an accounting clerk and has been with the company for over 3 years. She was born in Chicago but being a military child, got to experience moving to different cities and other countries which sparked her interest in different cultures. She landed in Killeen back in 2001 and graduated from Ellison High School in 2002. Her passion is to finish college and obtain her Pharmacy Degree. Even though she left and came back on different occasions, Killeen is where she calls home.  She is an avid Chicago Bulls fan.


Kelly G.  -  Accounting


Kelly was born and raised in Killeen, Texas. She is currently working on her MBA at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, which will be finished in May 2015. She has played golf her entire life. While at UMHB she was a member of the National Championship golf team in 2013, Go Cru!

Jesse L. - Commercial Realtor


Jesse served in The United States Army. He worked with a general contracting company assisting with the site selection on (7) Dollar General Stores while also working in residential, commercial and land real estate since 1998. His specializations include Buyer representation with residential & commercial customers, commercial sales & leasing, site selection, land sales & listings & residential sales. Jesse is a graduate from Stephen F. Austin University and The University of Oklahoma.


Lindsey L.  -  Commercial/Personal Assistant to Jim Wright


Lindsey has her degree in Business Management Specializing in Real Estate and has worked in the real estate field since 2005, enjoying every minute of it. She has lived in the Killeen area her entire life (GO Bulldawgs!) and is familiar with the ins and outs of military life, being a former military "brat" herself. Her passions are to help others and to make sure that things get accomplished which is what makes working in Commercial Sales and Property Management the best!


Clayton H.  -  IT/Online Marketing


Clayton grew up in Lorena, TX and moved to Belton to attend The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. He graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. He has worked in IT for 9 years and as JWC has grown, the need for a full-time IT professional became more transparent. It is vital to the daily operations that the JWC network stays fully operational. He has also become the marketing manager and drives our online marketing. He enjoys spending time with his wife and playing Xbox when she's not looking. 


Vicky B.  -  Marketing, Realtor


Vicky was born in Kentucky and graduated from Cumberland University, Williamsburg, Ky. with a Bachelor of Science degree. She started her real estate career in 2005 working as a licensed Realtor. After many years of working with clients all over the world, she made her way back to JWC. Vicky worked in the accounting department with JWC in 2000. She now works in the Marketing department assisting prospects and online marketing.  She also assists with marketing residential sales. 


Joaquin V.  -  Property Inspector


Joaquin has been with JWC since 2008 after retiring from the Army after 20 years of service. He has become popular with our owners for his ability to perform his inspections with the best possible accuracy. His prompt communication and courtesy has earned him his sterling reputation as an outstanding property inspector. He has become a valuable asset to JWC as he has proven himself year after year. Joaquin also owns his own lawn mowing business that keeps him very busy. 


Denise J.  -  Property Inspector


Denise moved to KIlleen and began working for JWC in 2013 as an inspector. Her father is retired military. She has 2 boys ages 9 and 17 that she loves to spend time with. She also loves to play pool and sing karaoke in her spare time. 

Gilbert V.  -  Property Inspector


Gilbert was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and graduated from John F. Kennedy High School. After serving 15 years in the Army (all active duty) with deployments to Haiti and Iraq, Gilbert brought his work ethic and leadership skills to JWC. He is an excellent team player and always willing to lend out a helping hand. Unfortunately, he's a Dallas Cowboys fan.


Stefan C.  -  Property Inspector


Stefan is the son to a now Retired Command Sergeant Major (dad) and Staff Sergeant (mom). He graduated from Copperas Cove High in 2003 and is currently working towards a degree in Business Management, specializing in Real Estate at Central Texas College. Stefan has been with JWC since 2013 and is currently working as one of our lease renewal inspectors. He enjoys fishing, hiking, camping and basically living life to its fullest.


Trish E.  -  Property Inspector


Trish was raised in Austin Texas, a true country girl, who enjoys the country living. She moved to the Killeen area in 2003. She has eleven years experience in the moving field. She joined  the JWC team in 2013 as a property inspector. She is very dedicated to the JWC family, and enjoys her job. She is the proud mom of 3; her oldest being in college. She is a football and cheer mom and enjoys spending time with her kids. Her hobbies include working on her truck and anything to do with outdoors.



Amber D.  -  Property Inspector


Born in Colorado moved to the Killeen area in 1994 when her dad became stationed at Fort Hood. She graduated from Ellison High School in 2009. GO EAGLES!! She enjoys working out, running races, mud runs, and spending time with her two beautiful nieces. Amber is a property inspector and has proved herseld to be a valuable asset to the JWC team.


Craig B.  -  Property Manager, Realtor


Craig, who moved to Killeen in 1975, is a graduate of Killeen High School and Eastern Kentucky University. He is an Army brat and an honorably discharged Amy officer. He has seen JWC grow from a small one man operation to the area's largest property management company. Since 1986, Craig has owned and actively maintained residential properties. He has more then 25 years of experience dealing with customer relations and service management and a unique insight to the needs of our owners and tenants.
